Privacy notice
This notice explains how Creative Computer Consulting Services Pty Ltd (ABN 46 082 698 191), trading as 3CS Consulting, handles personal information in connection with Migration Analyst, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
01 / Information we collect
We may collect: contact details you provide (name, work email, organisation); information submitted through enquiry, pilot and contact forms (e.g. source/target platform, engagement type, migration description); and technical information generated by your use of the Service (e.g. login activity, error logs). We do not seek to collect your organisation's production data as part of normal marketing or sales interactions.
02 / How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you — for example, when you complete a contact form, request a pilot, or correspond with our team. Migration Analyst is a local application that runs on your own infrastructure: schema metadata and representative samples you analyse with it (Customer Data) are processed locally and are not transmitted to or collected by us.
03 / Why we collect and use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and support the Service, manage pilot and commercial relationships, maintain the security and integrity of the Service, and — where you've agreed to be contacted — to send relevant product updates. We don't use personal information for automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
04 / Migration data (Customer Data)
Migration Analyst runs locally on your own infrastructure and connects directly to your source and target systems — schema metadata and any representative samples you work with stay on your machine and are never transmitted to or stored by us. We still recommend minimising sample data and using masked or synthetic data rather than live production data wherever practical.
05 / Disclosure to third parties
We don't sell personal information. We may disclose it to service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting or email delivery providers), bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations, or where required by law.
06 / Overseas disclosure
This website is hosted on Vercel and enquiries submitted through it are delivered via Resend, both of which may process information on servers located in the United States. Migration Analyst itself is a local application that runs on your own infrastructure — Customer Data processed within it is not disclosed to us or to any overseas recipient.
07 / Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, consistent with our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
08 / Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics; only the functionality necessary to operate the site runs in your browser. If this changes, this notice will be updated to describe what's used and why.
09 / Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the Privacy Act.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first using the details below so we can investigate. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
