// TERMS OF USE

Terms & conditions

The baseline rules for evaluating and using Migration Analyst.

01 / Using the service

You may use Migration Analyst only for lawful data-migration analysis and in accordance with your organisation's security, privacy and data-governance requirements. Migration Analyst runs as a local application on your own infrastructure — you are responsible for the environment it runs in, including access control, network security and backups.

02 / Your data

You retain full ownership of all schemas, samples, mappings and migration specifications you work with. Because Migration Analyst processes this data locally on your infrastructure, we do not host, store or have access to it. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to process source schemas, samples and migration specifications within the tool.

03 / Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile or bypass safeguards in the software, redistribute or resell the software without our consent, or use it to process data in a way that infringes third-party rights or breaches applicable law.

04 / Availability and support

Migration Analyst is in early access. Features may change as the product evolves. Support response times, update cadence and any production service-level commitments will be set out in a separate order form or agreement for team and enterprise engagements.

05 / Liability

Because Migration Analyst runs locally and we do not process or store your migration data, our role is limited to providing the software itself. Migration output must be independently reviewed and tested by you before use in production systems — final migration decisions and execution remain your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated here or in a signed agreement, without limiting any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

06 / Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date; continued use afterward constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

07 / Termination

Access may be suspended or ended for material breach, misuse, or non-payment (where applicable), with notice where practical. Team and enterprise engagements are governed by the term and termination provisions in the relevant order form.

08 / Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
